Before coming to Japan, I wanted to know what life was like for foreign friends. That’s why I decided to study abroad in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then came the day I left for Japan. I departed from an airport in Myanmar. A meal was served on the plane, but it had a strange smell, so even though I was hungry, I didn’t eat it. I endured without eating. The plane then landed in Vietnam for a transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I walked around inside the airport in Vietnam and went to the bathroom. Since I was hungry, I looked at various restaurants in the airport, but they were all expensive, so I gave up on eating there. Instead, I ate the bread I had brought with me. As it was almost time for the departure of the plane, I tried to take out my passport and ticket from my bag. However, no matter how much I searched, I couldn’t find them. Then I realized I had left them in the bathroom. At that time, I couldn’t speak English or Japanese, so I was very troubled. Eventually, a Japanese person had found my wallet and handed it in at the reception counter. I was so grateful to that Japanese person that I forgot to thank them. Thanks to that person, I was able to depart again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, I arrived in Japan. The airport was huge, and I got lost here and there. Along the way, an airport employee helped and guided me. I received various kinds of help at the airport and felt that Japanese people were very kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From leaving my country to arriving in Japan, there were many other troubles that I can’t write about here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even after arriving in Japan, I had difficulties. I came from Kansai Airport to Kobe by bus. But even after getting off the bus, I didn’t know where the school was. At that time, all I had was a piece of paper with the school’s address. I showed it to several people in front of me and asked, “Where is this place?” but I didn’t understand their responses at all. I’m very grateful to those people. Eventually, I took a taxi, showed the paper, and said, “I want to go here,” and I arrived at the school.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
