However, the person I feel is most special is Mr. Oobayashi. He is kind and affable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s been a year and a half since I came to Japan. I work in caregiving, taking care of the elderly every day. It&#8217;s a truly interesting job, and everyone is kind. The energetic clients come to the place where I work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I met Mr. Oobayashi four months ago. My first impression was that he was a kind and friendly person. He looks about 78 years old. He still comes here. When I have free time at work, I sit next to Mr. Oobayashi and talk with him. He always asks if I am tired and encourages me to keep up the good work. The first time I heard his words of encouragement, I was so happy and moved. He loves to study kanji with me and teaches me a lot about Japanese. Surprisingly, despite his age and tendency to forget things quickly, he never forgot my name. I was so touched that I almost cried. I am truly grateful to Mr. Oobayashi and always treat him as I would my own grandmother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I always hope that Mr. Oobayashi stays healthy, lives a long life, and keeps smiling.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since coming to Japan, I&#8217;ve met many people, both good and bad.
