I arrived in Japan just this June. Before coming to Japan, I couldn’t cook or properly take care of myself. I thought this couldn’t go on. That’s when the opportunity to come to Japan presented itself. I decided to live in Japan to grow as a person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a scholarship student under the Asahi Shimbun program, I came to Japan. While studying at a Japanese language school, I work part-time delivering newspapers. Through school and work, I learned not only knowledge but also to be considerate of others’ feelings. Thanks to that, the initial loneliness I felt in Japan gradually disappeared, replaced by happiness. I then resolved to study Japanese diligently in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At school, the teachers always teach passionately. I feel like I’m being cared for like a child. Thanks to this, my Japanese skills have improved compared to before. To repay the teachers’ kindness, I am determined to do my best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In September, a friend took me to a Japanese nursing home, where I experienced caring for the elderly. That experience touched my heart, and since then, I’ve wanted to become a caregiver. Happiness is not just about oneself but about interacting with others and making them happy too. When you see others happy, you understand the meaning of your own life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
